Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes arise. To ensure we provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to keep the following policies in mind: Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required. This allows us to offer your time to another client. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will be charged, and this must be settled prior to your next appointment. No-Shows If you’re unable to make it to your appointment and don’t notify us in advance, it will be considered a "no-show," and the full session fee will apply. Late Arrivals We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the session may need to be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply. To ensure the best experience for yourself and others, we recommend planning to arrive on time.
